RENOVATION GEOMETRIC

it was a summer
of explored geometry                                            reno. 1991 #1
when we erected angles
placed parallels
rectangles and cubes

sunlight defined our math
with lines notched into sky
shadows under framing

we built a place
where geometry would be
held in stability
when we walked
over the doorsill
